An 8-week leadership and professionalism program held weekly to polish skills and confidence.

A 6-month parallel learning experience to develop professionalism and practice integration.
6 months of technical training backed by a solid foundation in team dynamics and leadership.
12 months split into two 6-month phases, developing “2-Chair” hygienists with high productivity and patient care excellence.
Hygienists who complete the program join an elite cohort prepared for leadership and performance.
